The dreamlike Avon River instantly made my “Top Ten Most Beautiful Rivers” list when I set eyes upon it almost ten years ago in Christchurch, New Zealand.
I was captured by the lush, green willow trees draping over the peaceful water with reflections twinkling in the sunlight.
Perfect for relaxing, reflecting or just watching the world go by in a magical setting, it’s no wonder that the Avon River really is the river of my dreams.
